Aaron Goulette is an experienced public affairs, communications, and public relations professional with over 15 years of experience in high stakes environments for high profile organizations in the fields of politics, public policy, government, issue advocacy, and litigation.
Aaron is currently employed as Senior Legislative Aide for the New Hampshire House of Representatives. As the senior staff member for House leadership, Aaron is responsible for the management and operations of legislative leadership and caucus office including internal communication to members, external communications to press, opinion leaders and constituents, policy analysis, strategy, and administration. The office serves as the main source of information, support, and management to caucus members, which have ranged in number from 175 – 295, with over 20 policy committees and over 1000 pieces of legislation annually.
Aaron’s communications work on behalf of leaders in the New Hampshire legislature has appeared in nearly every print and online news publication across New Hampshire in the form of op-eds, and press statements and press releases. Aaron’s duty in this role is to promote the interests of the legislative leaders he serves by ensuring their perspective is represented in media, and consumed by opinion leaders, constituents, and voters across the state. This role is the culmination of years of work in the public affairs arena, having represented national, state and local issues, and candidates.
Previous positions held include senior management roles in local, state, and national political and issue advocacy organizations including Presidential campaigns in 2004 and 2008.

Aaron’s experience in law and litigation includes 5 years working with Douglas, Leonard & Garvey, P.C. as both Director of Litigation Support and Director of Special Projects. In 2003 Goulette coordinated research, trial/exhibit preparation, and courtroom presentations for a seven-week jury trial, Longden v. Phillip Morris. Beginning in 2005 Goulette helped the firm recover nearly $5 million on behalf of several thousand New Hampshire consumers in several large class actions involving the banking and insurance industries.
Aaron’s experience is not exclusive to politics, government & public affairs. Aaron also frequently provides an array of services to private sector companies including web design, copy writing and editing, content management, social media, technology integration, and communications. Clients have ranged from solo practice attorneys to a building materials distributor.
